When her first baby was born, Brussels-based designer Gioia Seghers had to think about warmer clothes for the upcoming winter months. Instead of running down to the stores to purchase new items, she decided to use her old knitwear pieces to make new sweaters for her son, sticking to simple, geometric shapes, and working without any patterns.
