How can I pay?

All of payments are being processed, verified and secured through Stripe payment system.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact and iDEAL.
You can also pay via Apple Pay.

Is this site safe?

You have nothing to worry about.
All payments are being processed, verified and secured through Stripe payment system and the website itself is SSL encrypted. This means that all data received and exchanged with the website is authenticated and encrypted to ensure confidentiality.
Stripe also implements machine-learning based fraud prevention Radar. The Radar combines adaptive algorithms that learn how to identify fraudulent activity from Stripe’s global network of millions of users.

Item is missing from my order can I still get it?

Contact us immediately after noticing a missing item. If the item is still available, we’ll send it to you. In case the item has already been sold, we’ll wire you the money back.

The price has changed since I ordered. Can I get a refund?

The price can change due to clearance or customer’s demand. If the price has changed, we won’t refund the difference.

Do items get back in stock?

All our pieces are unique, so they’ll hardly be available again. However, if there is apiece you really wanted to get but someone has snatched it before you – contact us via e-mail and we’ll have your request in mind.

Can I remove or add items to an existing order?

It is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. Once the order is placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping. If there is an item you wanted to add after the order has been placed, you will have to

When will my order be shipped?

Allow maximum three days for the payment processing to finish and shipping process to start. For more information on shipping, delivery and payment refer to our Terms and Conditions.

What is the cost of shipping?

Cost of shipping is automatically calculated when you proceed to checkout.

Note that for Group 1 and Group 2 countries we are obliged to fill the CN23 document which subjects you to possible additional charges from your countries customs system

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Orders usually reach our customers within a week. However, please allow a few days of possible delay due to Covid-19 interference with logistics.

What makes my return order eligible for refund?

Product must be purchased on our online shop, not from a third party. All returned purchased products must be returned (including exchanged) in their entirety, in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and complete with all
original AIKO packaging. Returned products that do not meet these criteria won’t be accepted.

How do I return a product?

When wanting to start a return process, you must specify that you want a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your ordered product, and you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item

1) Notify us of a faulty item by sending us a photo evidence via email within 48 hours of receiving an item.
2) You must specify you want a refund or to exchange an item within 14 days of receiving a product.
3) Following the needed criteria stated in the previous question’s answer, ship the product with confirmation of purchase/receipt enclosed.

Are returns free?

Customers ship the product back on their own accord and expense.

Do you do custom orders

Yes, we do commissions. You can contact us about your garment request via email.
